About Registration.
Your registration will not be complete and verified until you complete your registrations and have paid the course costs. Our office will send you a formal confirmation after we have confirmed and received your money for a course. As a result, please do not assume you have registered in the course until you receive this confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within three days, please get in touch with us. Until you receive this formal confirmation from our office, your registration is incomplete.

About Cancellation & Refund.
Candidates wishing to cancel the course are requested to send an email to The registration department will send your request to the finance department and evaluate your request. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued according to the following: Cancellation Days Prior to the Course Refund Cancellation of the course within 21 days of its start date No refund Cancellation of the course more than 21 days from the start date 50% of the course fee The candidate will receive an email confirming if he/she is eligible for a refund or not with an explanation, and the refund, if approved, will be returned within ten working days

About Certificate of Attendance.
Course/Workshop certificate will be sent to the candidate's email after attending the course/workshop and completing the evaluation form.
